Precautions

Contraindications
Zhewitra Oral Jelly cannot be prescribed in patients who are hypersensitive to its ingredients, ones treated with organic nitrates. Use in individuals who have not reached the age of 16 y.o. is contraindicated. Concomitant use of HIV protease inhibitors such as indinavir and ritonavir with Zhewitra Oral Jelly is prohibited.
Possible side effect

Drug interaction

Check some examples of drug interaction: Warfarin; Digoxin; Nitroglycerin; Isosorbide; Doxazosin; Tamsulosin; Riociguat; Itraconazole; Ketoconazole; ED medicines that contain other active ingredients such as Dapoxetine, Sildenafil Citrate, Tadalafil, and others; Rifampin; Clarithromycin.
Missed dose
In case, you forget about this medicine and miss a dose, you should take it as soon as possible. However, if it is near the time for the next dose, just skip the missed dose and continue the regular treatment. It is not allowed to administer an increased dose to catch up without the doctor’s recommendations because it may increase the risk of side effects.
Overdose
If you take more tablets than your doctor prescribes, you may experience an overdose. Stop using Zhewitra Oral Jelly and consult a doctor right away if you notice any of the following symptoms: severe dizziness, fainting, trouble breathing.
